Job Description

Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve
market share of Technical Foam on sustainable basis. Identify prospects and add
customers for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationship.

Survey markets for potential
clients at regular interval,
identify new customer or new
foam applications.

Close relationship with Peers to have a better understanding of Industry.
Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims / accounts of
Technical Customers are settled within time.
Close relationship with other Service Departments.
Work with operations, logistics and other concerned departments for better and
timely service to customers.
Establish close relationship with technical customer to understand their needs /
market needs and challenges.
Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
